Standard Half-Day Service
Our standard retrieval times for small orders are half-day: order your records in the morning and you can expect to see them that afternoon. Afternoon orders can be expected the next business day, and rush or critical rush service is always available for time-sensitive requests.
Master Database Management
As your storage provider, Copyseis maintains a master database of your stored records to ensure you never lose visibility to what you are storing. We will import your internal index to our master database or complete detailed indexing for you. Whenever you need support, we are standing by to help you locate the correct records quickly.

By-the-Box Service
Our by-the-box service is for all types of records that can be stored on a per-box basis. Whether you create the index yourself or have Copyseis index the boxes, we will store your boxes with care and professionalism. Custom labels and barcodes for box numbering are provided free of charge.
By-The-File Service
Our by-the-file service comes at no extra storage premium for simple per-file retrievals. This service is commonly used for well files, land files, and other sensitive records that need frequent retrieval.

We Can Help You Move From Another Storage Provider
Transition Management & Integration
We receive tens of thousands of boxes each year as customers move their records from other storage facilities. Our team can help you manage the transition and ensure boxes are correctly accounted for and indexed upon arrival. Boxes that need to be shredded can easily be segregated upon arrival to avoid extra fees and reduce storage volumes.
Price Incentives
We offer price incentives to help you recover the cost of leaving another storage provider. Customers typically recover their entire termination or removal costs within a few months or a few years after realizing the structural cost savings at Copyseis.
